Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping price.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first.
We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
